This is an observation and feedback programme for Trainers involved in Team building and development programmes. It enables the observation of 12 behaviours, in a group of up to 8 people. Individual contribution time is also recorded. Feedback is via graphs.
If individual feedback is not needed, an unlimited number of people can be observed, with diminishing levels of observation accuracy!
Designed for Trainers who use laptops and want to give quick feedback to groups or individuals. This easy-to-use programme allows you to set up an observation screen with 12 behaviours and up to 8 people. Up to 25 behaviour sets can be stored at any time. A mouse click records the behaviours, as well as the talking time!
You can also add notes about each session.
Once a record has been built up, it can be displayed in graph format or printed out. The results are available for both individuals and groups.
If needed, additional observations can be added from "Tick Sheets" which are provided by the system.
